A beautiful day to unveil, dedicate, and celebrate the new Crystal Spring E-Branch Neighborhood Art. The original watercolor artwork, designed by Crystal Spring Elementary School 2022-23 Art Club with the assistance of their art teacher Mr. Chris Jones, will be displayed in the school Library. The vinyl wrap was created by Blue Ridge Sign and Stamp.
Thank you to all who brought this art to life in SoRo, especially the students and their art teacher, Roanoke Public Libraries, Roanoke City Public Schools, the City of Roanoke’s Percent for Art Fund, the Roanoke Arts Commission, and the Office of Neighborhood Services.
