Join us on Tuesday, November 18 for our next Neighbors in South Roanoke regular meeting.

We're pleased to be joined by our guest speaker Steve Stinson, commercial artist, author, and founder of 3Balloons.  3Balloons, located in South Roanoke at 536 McClanahan St, celebrated its grand opening this month. 3Balloons is a 501c3 non-profit organization providing meaningful employment for adults with intellectual disabilities, helping them uncover their talents and enjoy a job they are passionate about.


We will have a brief business meeting following our guest speaker.
